We at East of Eden Plants are quality garden and plantscape designers and suppliers of plants and garden accessories. Our guiding principle is to provide the best innovative designs we can. We also aim to supply you with the same standard of plants and accessories we use ourselves in our designs.
We also work with other designers and approved landscapers across the UK.
Our plant sourcing network covers the UK as well as many European and Mediterranean nurseries, including visits to hand pick specimens.
We have supplied to, and worked with, clients including other designers, on projects at Gleneagles, Kew, Chelsea, Hampton Court, to name a few.
Terms and Conditions
Buying from East of Eden Plants website (www.eastofedenplants.co.uk) is governed by the Distance Selling Regulations of the laws of England and Wales in English and by our Distance Selling Contract which states the following:

By accessing the websites of East of Eden Plants you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites.
We are not responsible for the content of websites linked to us or from us and accept no liability whatsoever for their content.
We always want to know what you think about us or our website, good or bad. We strive to continually improve and we can only do this with your help.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. Our store pages use SSL 128-bit encryption. All credit card numbers are entered on encrypted pages held by Paypal using SSL 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Credit or debit card details are not processed by nor stored by East of Eden Plants.
East of Eden Plants keeps copies of all orders, including contact and delivery information in order to process those orders. This information is not shared with any third party company or organisation. If you wish it, we will send you details of special and promotional offers from time to time.
Some goods will be dispatched directly from third party suppliers. Our prices are valid on the day of purchase, but we reserve the right to change our pricing (up or down) or withdraw an offer without prior notice. All purchases are covered by our no-quibble money-back guarantee, should we not be able to offer a product at the price advertised because of circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to absorb any sudden price increases, offer you the product at the new price, or give you your money back in full.
Orders placed in our web shop or by telephone with email confirmation can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days provided the goods have not been despatched, which must be no later than 48 hours before the despatch date. Please tell us by email or letter within 7 days if you wish to cancel. For late cancellation or within 48 hours of despatch we reserve the right to retain a restocking charge of up to 30% of the cost of each item cancelled.
Designing and plant sourcing are services we offer. The right to cancel these services ends when we begin the service. We will confirm by email when these services begin.
We will advise you of any special requirements we need you to do in order to receive items. Lorry deliveries will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the driver’s discretion. Additional charges may be made if a delivery cannot be made for any reason.
We and our supplier network are plant specialists and supply only the best plant stock available, and these will be expertly handled and wrapped for transit. Plants are supplied by our plant finder service and are not normally returnable once delivered to you. However, if you are concerned that an item is unhealthy on arrival you should notify us within three calendar days or the next working day by email. Send us photographic evidence of what appears to you to be the problem. We will consider the state of the plant based on the evidence. Please take into consideration that plants, like people, will not be at their absolute best after a long journey. Plants may suffer the odd broken part without lasting detriment. Plants out of their prime growing season will not look their best, or be bare-rooted. If we have not heard from you, after four days we will deem it that you have accepted the plants.
Goods other than plants
If you change your mind about a purchase, goods can be returned within 7 days, and with their original packaging. You will get a full refund of your purchase paid but we will not pay for the return postage or delivery charges, unless the goods are faulty or damaged in transit and marked as such on the carrier’s sign-sheet. If the goods are incorrectly sent, faulty or damaged in transit, we will refund the return costs as well up to the original value. Please be aware that the goods are still your responsibility for safekeeping until we have received them back.
Our Distance Selling Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales in English.
